Positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia increased by 10,047 people, Tuesday (12/1). Thus the total positive for the corona virus became 846,765 people.
The number of Covid-19 patients who were declared cured per the last 24 hours was 7,068 people, so that the total number of patients recovered was 695,807 people. Meanwhile, 302 patients died, bringing the total to 24,645 people

Covid-19 positive patients who died today hit a new record. The death recorded in the previous 24 hours was 258 as of December 25, 2020.

Yesterday, Monday (11/1), positive cases of Covid-19 reached 836,718 people. Of these, 688,739 people were declared cured and 24,343 others died.

In the last three days, daily Covid-19 cases have always increased to more than 8,000 cases. On January 9, there were 10,046 cases, January 10, 9,640 people, and January 11, 8,692 people.

The government itself has set restrictions on community activities in a number of areas of Java and Bali to reduce the spread of the corona virus from January 11 to January 25, 2021.

The BPOM has issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for the Sinovac vaccine. BPOM states that the Sinovac vaccine has an efficacy of 65.3 percent.

The government is scheduled for the vaccine to start on January 13. President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and other officials became the first cluster to be injected with the Covid-19 vaccine.
