Like in the Lion King movie, Bali Safari does have a lion which is one of their attractions. Not only that, you can also find the meerkat or fauna known as Timon in the Disney Lion King movie.
Besides, travelers can get some of the endemic fauna of Bali there. It is called the White Starling which is rare and endangered.
“As a conservation organization, Bali Safari, which is part of the Taman Safari Indonesia Group, has succeeded in breeding more than 1,000 of them,” explained Thomas.
Not limited to fauna, travelers can also find local plants such as frangipani flowers and others.
“You will also see Cambodian flowers everywhere, so it’s like ‘a taste of Africa in Bali’. What’s more, the hotel is located in the middle of Bali Safari and you can go around enjoying Bali Safari anytime,” Thomas concluded.
Some time ago, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Wishnutama recently also launched the ‘We Love Bali’ program which aims to restore local tourism in the Bali Safari.
Bali Safari was chosen as the launch site for the program on October 14, where it is considered to have succeeded in showing readiness as a reference for tourist attractions with reliable health protocols.
