“Subsidized KPR is a mortgage/homeownership financing that gets assistance and/or ease of acquiring a house for the government in the form of long-term low-cost funds and subsidies for housing acquisition issued by the Implementing Bank both conventionally and with sharia principles,” the PUPR Ministry wrote, quoted from the page. officially, Monday (14/2/2022).
As the name implies, subsidized mortgages are specifically for people whose income is below the average. Based on PUPR Decree Number 552/KPTS/M/2016 concerning Income Limits for Subsidized Mortgage Target Groups, this program can only be participated by people who earn a maximum of Rp 4 million a month (for landed houses), or Rp 7 million per month (for flats).
