Positive cases of the corona virus (Covid-19) increased by 9,994 people today, Monday (25/1). This addition makes the total positive cases in Indonesia reach 999,256 people.
Of these, as many as 809,488 people were declared cured (increased by 10,678), and 28,132 others died (an increase of 297). Additional patients recovered today set new records.
According to the same data, there are an additional 10,678 Covid-19 patients who have recovered and are considered to no longer have the corona virus. They were declared cured based on laboratory tests using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, which tested negative for the corona virus. Thus, the total number of Covid-19 patients who have recovered to date is 809,488 since the beginning of the pandemic.
The number of active cases or people who are still being treated and undergoing independent isolation reached 161,636 people, while the suspected Covid-19 today reached 84,621 people. Meanwhile, only 51,906 specimens were examined today. With this addition, the accumulation of Covid-19 cases will be 999,256 people, starting from the announcement of the first patient on March 2, 2020.
