Indonesian Stock Exchange Bonds and Sukuk Emissions Reached IDR 5.11 Trillion

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded that the issuance of bonds and Sukuk listed on the Exchange had reached Rp. 5.11 trillion. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Yulianto Aji Sadono. He said the total issuance of bonds and Sukuk that had been recorded throughout 2022 reached Rp5.11 trillion.

This amount was achieved through 13 emissions from 10 issuers. Meanwhile, the total issuance of bonds and Sukuk listed on the IDX to date has amounted to 484 issuances with an outstanding nominal value of Rp437.61 trillion and US$47.5 million issued by 124 issuers.

“Meanwhile, there are 146 series of State Securities (SBN) listed on the IDX with a nominal value of Rp. 4,730.57 trillion and US$200 million. EBA as much as 10 emissions worth Rp. 4.86 trillion,” he said, quoted from an official statement, Saturday (26/2/2022).

The latest bond issuances listed on the IDX on Friday (25/2/2022) were the Shelf-Registered Bonds II Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Phase III 2022 and Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Phase III 2022 with respective nominal values. Rp. 1.26 trillion and Rp. 1.98 trillion.

The rating results from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia for these bonds are idA+ (Single A Plus) for bonds and idA+(sy) (Single A Plus Syariah) for Sukuk. PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. act as Trustee in this issue.

Meanwhile, the JCI recorded a decline of 0.07 percent, namely at position 6,888.17 on Friday (25/2/2022), from the level of 6,892.81 at the close of trading last week.

“The same change of 0.07 percent also occurred in the stock market capitalization this week, to Rp. 8,689.990 trillion from Rp. 8,695.697 trillion in the previous week,” he said.

Furthermore, foreign investors, today recorded a net purchase value of Rp. 1.08 trillion and throughout 2022, foreign investors recorded a net purchase of Rp. 23,602 trillion.
