After the forest walk through the Sapuangin Forest, located at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level, visitors engage in forest viewing and yoga. They are also invited to experience “forest bathing,” or immersing themselves in the forest atmosphere.

Visitors are encouraged to enjoy bird songs, sunlight, and the phytoncides emitted by the trees. Afterwards, they are asked to create a journal entry, either written or drawn, to open their hearts and achieve mental clarity.

The price for this forest therapy experience is set at IDR 1.4 million. This fee includes meals, a yoga instructor, a psychologist or forest therapy expert, a forest guide, round-trip transportation from Jogja to Klaten, equipment, merchandise, and documentation.
