Starting October 1, 2025, every passenger arriving in Indonesia, whether local or foreign, will face a new rule. The government will require the use of the All Indonesia system at all international airports, passenger ports, and border crossings.
Officials believe this digital service will make entry smoother and more comfortable. Muparrih, Head of Compliance Guidance and Public Relations at the Aceh Customs Regional Office, said the new system is designed to speed up arrivals while improving efficiency.
“All Indonesia will be fully implemented in all international airports and ports starting October 1, 2025, including Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar,” Muparrih explained, as quoted by detik on Friday (September 26, 2025).
The platform is the result of collaboration between Customs, Immigration, the Ministry of Health, and the Indonesian Quarantine Agency. It allows travelers to fill out arrival cards and complete their Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD) online before their flight lands.
The first trial took place on July 24, 2025, at Soekarno-Hatta, Juanda, and Ngurah Rai airports. The initial rollout was limited to Garuda Indonesia international flights. A few weeks later, on September 1, the government began enforcing mandatory use at certain entry points. These included Soekarno-Hatta, Juanda, Ngurah Rai, and several international ports in Batam: Batam Center, Harbour Bay, Nongsa Pura, Sekupang, Marina Batam, and Goldcoast Bengkong.
Travelers can access All Indonesia through the Play Store, App Store, or its official site at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Authorities warn passengers to watch for fake platforms mimicking the service.

“Already there have been reports of fraudulent sites posing as All Indonesia, such as edocsllc.online. We urge the public to be cautious,” Muparrih added.
The government views this as part of a broader digital transformation to enhance transparency and improve coordination among agencies. With All Indonesia in place, officials expect border services to become faster, safer, and more reliable for both Indonesian citizens and international visitors.
