This figure was confirmed by Lamudi.co.id Commercial Director Yoga Priyautama. He reported that property search trends in South Tangerang (Tangsel) grew by 3.51 percent in the first semester of 2022.

“The increasing number of searches is motivated by the prolonged hybrid work scheme adopted by various companies which have provided an opportunity for property seekers to own a house that is located further from the office center,” said Yoga, Tuesday (11/10/2022).

The hybrid work scheme also encourages property seekers to prioritize the comfort of their homes and the quality of life in their surroundings.
