PT Jasamarga Japek Selatan (JJS) and PT Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMTO) will carry out traffic engineering (traffic) on the Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (Cipularang) Toll Road on Wednesday (16/9/2020) to Thursday (17/9 / 2020).
JJS and JMTO have collaborated with the Police to use detours to divert vehicles on the shoulder of the toll road in both directions, both Jakarta and Bandung.
Traffic engineering was carried out following the installation of a bridge girder (erection girder) located at Ramp 7 (Km 75 + 800) Simpang Susun (SS) Sadang which crosses the Cipularang Toll Road, both from Jakarta to Bandung and vice versa.
JJS will carry out erection girder installation work on Ramp 7 of four girders with each girder having a span of 40.8 meters and will be carried out on 16-17 September.
This was conveyed by the Leader of the Package 3 Project PT Jasamarga Japek Selatan Sudjianto in a written statement, Monday (14/9/2020).
“In the window time period (01:00 to 04.00 WIB), with the previous technical preparations starting on September 15, 2020 at 23.00 WIB,” said Sudjianto.
Sudjianto continued, vehicles bound for Jakarta passing the Sadang Toll Gate (GT) will be diverted via the national road and re-enter the toll road at the Cikampek GT.
Meanwhile, road users heading to Bandung via GT Sadang continue to run normally (no diversion).
Traffic diversion is only applied when installing erection girders at Ramp 7 Km 75 + 800 on Cipularang Toll Road, with details of the starting point of traffic diversion, namely, the direction of Jakarta starts from Km 74 + 650 to Km 76 + 400 and the direction of Bandung starts at Km 77 +450 to km 75 + 400.
“Jasa Marga and PT JJS apologize for the inconvenience caused by the work,” Sudjianto concluded.
